• Helping with negotiations and ensuring everything aligns with your budget.

Design & Styling

• Development of a detailed styling plan

• Colour palettes, tablescapes, and décor suggestions that tie your theme together.

• Guidance on how to achieve your desired look within your budget.

In the Lead-Up

• Creation of a complete wedding day timeline and schedule.

• Confirming final details with all suppliers.

• Assistance with seating plans, logistics, and any last-minute adjustments.

On the Day

• Full coordination from morning set-up until evening handover.

• Overseeing styling and décor set-up to match your design.

• Coordinating suppliers, managing timings, and supporting guests.
